Terms of Use
1. What Nekot is
Nekot is a personal dashboard that displays usage and quota information for AI services from your own accounts, fetched directly from each provider using credentials you supply. Nekot does not create accounts for you, does not proxy your traffic, and does not modify or bypass any provider limit.
2. Your accounts and credentials
- You may only connect accounts that belong to you or that you are authorized to use.
- Your use of each connected service remains governed by that provider's own terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Nekot with a given provider complies with those terms.
- Credentials are stored in your device's Keychain; you can remove them at any time by disconnecting a platform or deleting the app.
3. No affiliation
Nekot is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other AI service provider. All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the services.
4. Data accuracy and availability
Usage figures are read from interfaces provided or exposed by the providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Providers may change or discontinue these interfaces at any time, which can degrade or break parts of Nekot. Nekot is provided on a best-effort basis and should not be your sole basis for billing or quota decisions.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- Nekot Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nekot to attack, overload, or circumvent the security or limits of any service, and not to reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Nekot is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from provider-side changes, inaccurate data, or service unavailability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Nekot in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always available at this address, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the app or features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Nekot 是个人用量仪表盘：使用你提供的凭证，直接从各服务商获取你自己账户的用量与额度信息并展示。Nekot 不代注册账号、不代理你的流量、不修改或绕过任何服务商限制。
2. 你的账户与凭证
- 你只能连接属于你本人、或你获授权使用的账户。
- 你对各服务的使用仍受其自身服务条款约束；确保搭配 Nekot 的使用方式符合相应条款是你的责任。
- 凭证存储在设备钥匙串中；断开平台或删除应用即可随时移除。
3. 无关联声明
Nekot 是独立应用，与 Anthropic、OpenAI 或任何其他 AI 服务商均无从属、认可或赞助关系。所有产品名称、标识与商标归各自所有者，仅用于标识对应服务。
4. 数据准确性与可用性
用量数字读取自服务商提供或暴露的接口，可能存在延迟、缺失或不准确；服务商可能随时变更或关闭这些接口，导致 Nekot 部分功能退化或不可用。Nekot 按尽力而为提供，请勿将其作为计费或额度决策的唯一依据。
5. 订阅与购买
- Nekot Pro 提供自动续期订阅（按月/按年）与一次性买断，经你的 Apple ID 结算。
- 订阅在当前周期结束前 24 小时以上取消方可停止续期；可在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消。
- 如提供免费试用，购买订阅时未使用的试用期即失效；试用期结束前未取消将自动转为付费订阅。
- 退款由 Apple 按 App Store 政策处理。
6. 合理使用
你同意不利用 Nekot 攻击、过载或规避任何服务的安全机制与限制，也不对应用进行法律允许范围之外的逆向工程。
7. 免责声明与责任限制
Nekot 按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或默示担保（包括对特定用途的适用性）。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带或后果性损失负责，也不对因服务商侧变更、数据不准确或服务不可用造成的损失负责；累计责任以你在索赔前十二个月内为 Nekot 支付的金额为上限。
8. 条款变更与终止
我们可能更新本协议；最新版本始终发布于本页面，更新后继续使用即视为接受。如需停止应用或功能，我们将在可行时提前合理通知。
